I absolutely love the stairs!!! It's definitely my go to cardio machine if i wanted to work on my cardiovascular π if i could run on the treadmill with out being in pain after i would but my knee and my plantar fasciitis flares up to much πͺ
Even at a young age i use to play sports through school such as soccer and netball and loved my walks/hiking!! I used to love running and wish i could get back to my stamina with running with out pain π
If you don't like the stairs or find it boring or any cardio machine, why don't you watch soemthng to distract yourself or even better why don't you CHALLENGE yourself each time or a friendly competition with a friend to see how many calories you can burn in a certain amount of time π
Its hard at first but trust me it does get easier!!!! Only way your going to get good at anything is starting π―

Keen for another session on the stair master then later biceps, triceps and chest βΊ
I been really focusing on perfecting my push up π and every workout now I'll do a few pull ups so HOPEFULLY by the end of the year I'll be able do both unassisted π
I love setting small goals to achieve for myself and keep chipping away at my end goal!!! The only way your EVER going to acheive ANYTHING you ever wanted is by starting now π€

Can i just say once again if i can come THIS far, change my mindset!! Stop binge drinking and OVER EATING.. start loving her self and be THIS focused what is stopping you??
NOTHING is impossible!! I also thought this journey is impossible! I have ALL these dreams and ambitious ideas i really wanted to work with but i kept failing with my mindset... it took month's to finally say goodbye to the old me and focus on now competing next year and my pt business!!
The best advice I can give you is START NOW!! start moving your body, eat healthier, make small smart goals for yourself π― you got this!!! Take them gym selfies π

Month's and many week's of HARD WORK and DEDICATION has paid off!! THIS β¬οΈβ¬οΈ hasn't happened over night but on day's i Just did not feel like training because i was to tired or sore π―
PLEASE STOP THINKING THERE IS A MAGIC SOLUTION TO WEIGHTLOSS because it takes time, patience and really wanting it bad enough you put im ALL your effort with training AND especially NUTRITION π―
I am aiming to compete next year in march!!! I have my first posing lesson om Friday and then working out when to start comp prep!! I am making my dream a reality π
I started at 87kg!! Absolutely no strengh or motivation!! Couldn't even last 5min on the stairs.. drinking every night and binge eating and now look how far i have come!!
If i can do yoi DEFINITELY can do!

From when i did my first hr on the stairs back on july 15th i did 866cal burn and today i managed a 908cal burn just proves the more you keep doing it the stronger and fitter you become π

I HIGHLY suggest hiking to be something you ALL give a go π i absolutely love walking in nature and challenging myself like going up lofty!! There are so many hiking paths around Adelaide!! These are my favourite β¬οΈβ¬οΈ

So i managed to do 49 minutes on the stair master burning 700 CALORIES ππͺ it's been years since i been able to do this!!! Its taken a few month's to build up to this but im getting there!!! My aim is to burn 1,000 calories in an hr π―
ANYONE can do this you just have to want it bad enough to keep failing, getting back up and doing it again πͺ

Im so proud of myself to how far ive come π i started with no shape and absolutely no strengh especially upper body!!
I love taking progress photos πͺi want more woman to do the same π my body has changed so much and its only the beginning!
Atm im in a surplus but i can not wait till i start cutting and really show off my hard work ππͺ

So why did you stop? Was it to hard? Were you not seeing your results you wanted? Was it time? Money? Motivation?
Trust me results does not happen over night! It takes time, discipline and hard work.
It also comes down to how is your form? Are you rushing your set's or slowing it down? Are you trying to up your weight and changing you style of work out or are you doing the same work out each week? Do you have an understanding of muscle connection?
What is your nutrition like? Are you eating enough calories to build muscle and lean out? Is it well balanced with healthy fats, protein's and carbs? Are you getting enough sleep?
EVERYTHING MATTERS!!
I learnt so much over the past year and absolutely no way I'll be where i am at right now with out having a trainer/coach teach me π―
