We’re excited to also be running our Pre-Swans Academy Trial Sessions at Bat & Ball Oval, providing another convenient location for players preparing for the Sydney Swans Academy trials.

The Swans Academy trials are about more than just skill. They’re about performing under pressure, making good decisions and showing your strengths when it matters most.

Over three sessions we’ll focus on:

Skill ex*****on under pressure
Decision making in trial scenarios
What Swans Academy selectors are looking for
Managing nerves and building confidence
Preparing both physically and mentally for trial day

🦢 Swans Academy trials are fast approaching.

Every year, talented young footballers head into trials carrying extra pressure. They want to impress, they don’t want to make mistakes, and sometimes those nerves stop them from showing what they’re truly capable of.

Our Pre-Swans Academy Trial Sessions are designed to help players arrive feeling prepared, confident and ready to perform.

Led by Jesse Aish, Head Coach of Aish Football Academy Sydney, with Australian Football Hall of Fame member Michael Aish joining selected sessions, players will work on:

Skill ex*****on under pressure
Decision making in trial scenarios
What Swans Academy selectors are looking for Managing nerves and building confidence
Developing the mindset to perform on trial day

The goal is simple: to help every player walk into their Swans Academy trial feeling confident, trusting their preparation and giving the best account of themselves.
