Week 21 is Instructor Specialty πŸ’™

Today is sharing her love-hate relationship with the acquapole liquid jump

The water says:
πŸ’¦ β€œI’ll support your joints.”

Meanwhile the trampoline says:

πŸ”₯ β€œFantastic… now let’s destroy your quads, glutes and core.”

Honestly, this piece of equipment is equal parts fun and torture. One minute you’re bouncing around feeling graceful, the next your legs are questioning every life choice that led you here. πŸ˜‚
But that’s the magic of it β€” low impact on the joints while still delivering a serious full-body workout. Expect:
βœ”οΈ Burning quads
βœ”οΈ Fired up glutes
βœ”οΈ A screaming core

πŸ“ Stablise through the core to avoid hyperextension through the lumbar and squeeze those glutes.
πŸ“ Breathe to release tension in the body
πŸ“ Enjoy, explore using the wall as equipment and add on to the sequence.... eg wall crunches, mountain climbers, love hearts
