💦🔥 Welcome to Week 32 Aqua Move of the Week! 🔥💦
This week we’re bringing the HIGH KNEES! 🏃♀️💙
A simple move with SO many possibilities! High Knees are a great way to get the heart rate up, challenge coordination and bring some serious energy to your aqua class. 💦
Today, Adel Way’s Fitness is showing us how to take this classic movement into the water and turn it into a fun, dynamic combo.
💦 Tips:
✨ Drive those knees up high and keep the movement strong.
✨ Stay tall through your body and engage your core.
✨ Keep the arms moving to build momentum and intensity.
✨ Encourage participants to find their own pace and challenge themselves.
✨ And most importantly… turn up the energy and HAVE FUN! 🙌🎉
Whether you're using it as a cardio burst, a transition or building it into a combo, High Knees are a great way to get everyone moving!
Give it a go in your next class and let us know how your participants enjoyed it! 💙💦
Give this combo a try in your next class and let us know how your participants go! We'd love to see your videos and hear your feedback.

Hi my name is Adel I am a Qualified Fitness and Aqua Instructor & loves to support individuals goals
💦🎉 Welcome to Week 31 of Aqua Move of the Week! 🎉💦
This week's featured move is Chest Flies 💙
Today, Adel Way’s Fitness is taking you through Chest Flies using dumbbells to target the chest, shoulders and upper body while also challenging your core stability and balance in the water.
⚠️ Caution: Fully suspended Chest Flies are an advanced variation and should only be performed by participants who have the core strength and body control to maintain a neutral spine and avoid excessive lower back extension.
💦 Tips:
✨ Keep a slight bend in your elbows throughout the movement to reduce strain on the shoulder joints.
✨ Squeeze through your chest as you bring the dumbbells together, then control the return to maximise resistance.
✨ Brace your core and maintain a tall, neutral posture to prevent arching through the lower back.
✨ Move slowly and with control—the water provides resistance in both directions, so make every repetition count!
Give this move a try in your next class and let me know how your participants enjoyed it. I'd love to hear your feedback!
