Honestly, this piece of equipment is equal parts fun and torture. One minute youβre bouncing around feeling graceful, the next your legs are questioning every life choice that led you here. π
But thatβs the magic of it β low impact on the joints while still delivering a serious full-body workout. Expect:

βοΈ A screaming core
βοΈ Cardio without the harsh impact

Tips:
π Stablise through the core to avoid hyperextension through the lumbar and squeeze those glutes.
π Breathe to release tension in the body
π Enjoy, explore using the wall as equipment and add on to the sequence.... eg wall crunches, mountain climbers, love hearts
