The club challenge for the weekend was to catch the biggest Whiting on a novelty rod cheap little outfit
Bit of fun, and shows you don’t need to spend heaps of gear to catch great size fish

One of the challenge categories for our fishing season is testing what you can catch with a cheap novelty rod, this can be done at any point in the year.
We have also thrown in a monthly give away for species set for the monthly venues.
This month's is Whiting and we have already had some ripper entries.

Please be aware that there is no NDSFC General meeting tonight the 4th of August.
NDSFC General meetings are now on the second Tuesday of the month, so the next general meeting will be on the 11th of August. Location and times are the same, Parafield Gardens Community Club with meals from 6pm and the meeting starting at 7:30pm.
Memberships are now overdue if you haven't paid them for this year yet.
We hope to see you at the on the 11th.
