WPUCNC is a netball club affiliated with the Westbourne Park Uniting Church and competes in the SA United Church Netball Association.
In 1950, a group of girls were graduating from Methodist Ladies College (now called Annesley College) and decided they would miss their school netball – and so decided to enter a team in the South Australian United Churches Netball Association (SAUCNA). Well done to all teams for making it to the grand final! It was a great day of strong and competitive netball. Congratulations to the 8 winners bringing the trophy home: 9/4 Seadragons, 9/5 Stingrays, 13/2 Comet, 15/9 Lightning, 17/4 Jaguar, B2 Green, A4 Yellow and finally A1 QUEEN!
