Cardio Summit is built to develop your aerobic engine: the endurance base that makes you fitter, burns fat efficiently, and powers every other session. That means training mostly in your dark blue and purple zones — not redlining in orange at 94% like it’s an all-out HIIT.

Push to max every round and you gas out early, your form slips, and you miss the whole point of the session. Smart training is hitting the right zone for the right session. 💜
