Talking about rugby league another project that is being established is the Australian Rugby League Supporters Association (ARLSA).

THE PURPOSE OF THE ASSOCIATION
The Australian Rugby League Supporters Association (ARLSA) would be an independent, democratic, membership-based organisation established to represent the interests of rugby league supporters throughout Australia.
It would represent supporters rather than an individual club, competition, governing body, broadcaster, stadium operator, political party or commercial organisation.
Its fundamental principle would be:
Rugby league supporters are one of the game’s most important stakeholders and deserve a meaningful voice in decisions affecting the future of the sport.
The Association would seek constructive relationships with the NRL, Australian Rugby League Commission, clubs, state bodies, players, broadcasters, governments, stadium operators and other stakeholders while maintaining complete organisational independence.

ADELAIDE WANTS THEIR TEAM BACK - GET TOGETHER MAY BE CANCELLED.

For a long time now, I have read so many posts from passionate South Australian rugby league fans, who want a team back in Adelaide.

When an opportunity comes around for fans to do something about starting the conversation and coming together under the one banner, no-one is interested in RSVP'ing for the Adelaide Wants Their Team Back Get Together event in September.

This is an opportunity to get out from in front of your keyboards and come to the event to find out you can nominate for the working group executive committee or join (for free) our supporter group (THE MOB).

We are looking at organising a couple of guests speakers and have a program organised. But if no-one is interested in coming to the event then might as well not hold the event or have the guest speakers.

I along with a couple of other people can't start the conversation with the State Government or Stakeholders we need more voices, more boots on the ground.

If you are serious as I am sure you all are from all of your posts on social media, it's time to make things happen and tell the NRL, South Australian Government and the Stakeholders that We Want Our Team Back!

If not, enough numbers are reached the event will be cancelled, and I will be stepping down from all activities that involve lobbying for Adelaide getting a team back in the NRL.

An opportunity to meet other Adelaide Rams fans and rugby league supporters who want an NRL team back in Adelaide.

We are looking at organising to have a couple of guest speakers on the day.

Food and drink will be available.
