Its been 20 Year this Year since Ive be sharing Yoga Pooraka Farm Community Centre and Salisbury East Neighbourhood House and Park Yoga!

Looking for a gentle, friendly way to move and unwind? Community and Yoga runs yoga classes through Pooraka Farm Community Centre, suitable for all ages and abilities.

Classes are run during school terms with small group sizes, so bookings are essential.
