We’ve been building ‘Push Strength’ in our classes… now we’re taking it somewhere fun.
HANDSTAND JAM is your chance to learn, play + explore. Whether you’re taking your very first crack at a handstand… or building on what you’ve already been practicing, these sessions are designed to help you gain confidence, pick up new skills, experience moving with the community at MOTUM studio and surprise yourself.

BEGINNER. 10:10 – 11:10am
Completely new to handstands? Never been upside down? Perfect!!! Start here.
You’ll learn the foundations through simple drills, body awareness & beginner-friendly inversions, with plenty of options to work at your own level.
No experience needed. No pressure.
INTERMEDIATE. 11:20am – 12:20pm
Already comfortable spending time upside down or have some handstand experience from class? This one’s for you.
We’ll cover kick-ups, chest-to-wall handstands, safe exits, body line awareness & shape changes. Plus the foundations of freestanding holds. You’ll also leave with drills to keep building toward your first Press to Handstand. wooooo!
No pressure. No expectations.
Just plenty of options and a chance to discover what you’re capable of.
