With Coach Mark’s guidance, the focus was clear: train with purpose, build strength through progressive overload, and keep nutrition realistic instead of extreme.

The blueprint was simple:
Prioritize progressive overload.
To lose weight, eat around 200 calories under maintenance.
Stay disciplined.
When you hit a roadblock, solve it quickly.

That approach helped Alex turn consistency into real progress — dropping around 13.7kg while building better habits, stronger routines, and a mindset that keeps moving forward.
