We are proud to welcome the team from Uzbekistan — a neighboring country connected with Kazakhstan by centuries of friendship, shared history, culture, traditions, and the spirit of Central Asia.
Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan share strong historical and cultural ties. Our nations are united by respect for family and elders, warm hospitality, traditional celebrations, national cuisine, music, and a common passion for sport. The friendship between our peoples makes the participation of the Uzbek team in the World Cup especially meaningful.
