Just over a month ago, I went to see Krishna Das perform live in Vienna. 🎶

It’s becoming an annual tradition for me and a concert I genuinely look forward to every year.💕

His music isn’t something we simply listen to, it’s something we feel. It has a way of quieting the mind, opening the heart, and inviting us to slow down. In a world that constantly encourages us to do more, moments like these remind us of the beauty of simply being.🧘🏻‍♀️

At 79 years old, Krishna Das reminds me that growing older can be such a beautiful thing. There is a quiet confidence that comes from a life well lived - a groundedness, a gentleness, and an authenticity that can’t be taught. He doesn’t need to impress anyone. He simply shows up as himself, and somehow that is exactly what makes him so inspiring. 💜

I thought I’d share this with our Myga community in case you’d like to discover a new artist. I’m sure many of you already know Krishna Das, but if you don’t, I wholeheartedly recommend giving his music a listen. You don’t need to understand every Sanskrit word to feel the emotion behind it.🕉️

Football has always been a huge part of our life. I grew up spending weekends on the sidelines watching my dad and my brother play. Fast forward a few years, and now both our kids play football too. And Jordan… well, according to Jordan, he was a very successful hobby footballer. 😉

It’s one of those sports that brings people together. The excitement, the nerves, the cheering, the hope… there’s nothing quite like it.🌍🌎🌏

We’ve also seen the England lads putting in the work with yoga, mobility and breathwork, so naturally we’re feeling optimistic. 🧘🏽‍♂️🧘🏿‍♂️

We’re not saying yoga is the reason England made it to the semi-final… but we’re not not saying it either. 😉
