Ingredientes: 50 g de manteca 50 g de azúcar impalpable Esencia de vainilla Ralladura de limón 2 huevos 200 g de maicena 100 de harina 0000 Pizca de sal 1 y 1/2 cdta. de polvo de hornear 200 g de dulce de leche 20 g de coco rallado Estirar la masa hasta 1 cm de espesor Cortante de 4 cm de diámetro Horno 210 grados 9 minutos Nota: no hace falta que lleves la masa al frío la podes usar inmediatamente de hacerla. *si pueden reemplazar por azúcar común y harina leudante en lugar de la 0000 Para esta receta usé los metros productos lácteos de tremblaylacteos

Alright, so starting on the first of the A-Z endangered animal series with the African wild dog.

Over the next 10+ weeks, I’ll be doing one endangered animal for each letter of the alphabet. The images will be done primarily using ink on paper, and will look to add color after (more on this later!).

Their scientific name is Lycaon Pictish, which means painted wolf, which comes from their coat of red, black, brown, yellow, and white fur.
