LOWR is a lower-body strength class focused on building strong glutes and legs, all moving to the beat of the music. 🍑🎶

Meet Laura ✨ Santosha SXM’s new yoga instructor!
Hi, I’m Laura. I was born and raised in the south of France, and I’ve been living and teaching yoga in SXM for the past 7 years.
I discovered yoga during pregnancy, and it quickly became a way for me to reconnect with my body, support my nervous system, and find more balance in everyday life.
I teach in English, French, frenglish most of the time 🤭 I am certified in Vinyasa, Yin, pre- and postnatal yoga, and most recently, Yoga Nidra.
In my Slow Flow classes, expect a grounding and fluid practice designed to help you slow down, release tension, strengthen, and turn inward. I can’t wait to practice with you!

Meet Liza ✨ Santosha SXM’s new dance instructor!
Hey, I’m Liza! 👋✨
I’ve been dancing since I was six years old—that’s over 22 years of movement, rhythm, and passion. My journey began with ballroom dancing and later expanded into styles like hip-hop and contemporary, each one shaping the way I move and express myself.
Then one day, I walked into my first Zumba class… and instantly fell in love.
For me, Zumba is the perfect combination of fitness and pure joy. It’s a workout that never feels like a workout. We dance, we sweat, we laugh, we burn calories, and before you know it, you’ve challenged your body while having the best time. Every class feels like a dance party where everyone is welcome, no matter their experience.
I became a licensed Zumba instructor and have been teaching for the past seven years, sharing my passion with people of all ages and fitness levels.
My goal is to help you move with confidence, feel stronger, become more flexible, and leave every class with a smile. I want you to forget about stress for an hour, boost your energy, lift your mood, and reconnect with your body through music and movement.
I truly believe that when you enjoy the process, amazing results naturally follow.
I can’t wait to dance with you, celebrate every step, and help you discover just how fun fitness can be! 💃✨

Hey, I’m Naïma 👋✨
After years of swimming, I discovered strength training and quickly fell in love with how movement can transform not only the body, but also confidence, energy, and mindset.
My classes combine strength, mobility, core work, and creative movement patterns to help you feel stronger, move better, and challenge yourself in a supportive environment.
As a mom and coach, I’ve experienced the power of rebuilding strength from the ground up, and I love helping others discover they’re capable of more than they think.
I can’t wait to challenge you, support you, and celebrate your progress along the way💪🏽✨

Meet Eva ✨ Santosha SXM’s Ashtanga-trained 500H instructor!
Hi my name is Eva, 500H Yoga Instructor
Join me for a inspire Ashtanga Yoga practice that build strength, flexibility, focus and inner calm. Rooted in breath, movement and mindfulness, you will be guided in a supportive environment to develop a consistent and empowering practice
Fluent in English & Italian (mother tongue) and conversational in Spanish, Eva is a very dedicated Remedial Massage Therapist (qualified in 2018 in Sydney, Australia) with 8+ years of experience in many diverse parts of the world. She achieved her 500H Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training in Goa, India where she also stayed after to assist following completion of her qualification.
Her passion and focus is direct to patient health & well-being, and to make people aware and conscious of their way of living to help them feel better.

Meet Nakita ✨ Santosha SXM’s newest instructor!
Hey, I’m Nakita/Kiki
My yoga journey began 11 years ago. Movement has always been a big part of my life. With a background in many forms of sport, yoga became the missing piece. Connecting not only with my body, but with my soul.
Living with thoracic scoliosis- I’m all about balance! Finding strength, focus, and energy through Strong Yoga, while embracing and loving the stillness of a deeper connection in Yin.
Yoga has brought me countless AHA moments, teaching me to listen, breathe, and move with awareness.
I’m excited to share this journey with you and can’t wait to meet you on your mat. 🤍
