Using traditional techniques passed down through generations in the Himalayas, they build durable stone trails entirely by hand. Their work helps prevent erosion, protects fragile mountain ecosystems, and makes Norway’s breathtaking hiking routes safer and more accessible for everyone.

It’s a wonderful example of international cooperation—Nepalese craftsmanship helping preserve Norway’s spectacular nature for future generations.
