KF Elbasani is an albanian football club wich plays in the city of Elbasan, Albania. It has been founded on 10 October 2013 from the merge of "Perparimi" and "Aferdita", two other clubs from Elbasan. The team entered in the first league of FSHF (Albanian Football Association) on 1930 and in 1932 changed the name in "KS Skampa" until 1939.
