The sea is our constant classroom, and today our mother-daughter team really started to find their rhythm. We spent this session refining their front crawl, focusing on that essential seesaw balance between the chest and hips to keep their line steady against the natural movement of the ocean.
​Watching them connect those strokes in open water is a proud moment for us. It’s not just about the mechanics of the reach and pull, it’s about discovering how to move with the water. Seeing their confidence grow with every stroke in these familiar waters is exactly why we do this.
​We’re building more than just swimmers, we’re building resilient, capable ocean-goers. On to the next challenge!

There’s no shortcut to confidence in the water. 3 week ago at All Nations United Swim Club, we started our new mother-daughter duo on the most important skill there is, learning to trust their own buoyancy.
​We focused on the basics—getting comfortable with face-in-the-water breathing and finding that perfect, relaxed float. It’s not just about the technique, it’s about watching them replace that initial hesitation with a sense of calm. Seeing them lean on each other while they find their balance reminds me exactly why we started this club back in 2020.
​One breath at a time, we’re building a safer, stronger community. Stay tuned—this is just the beginning of their journey.

Surrounded by the sea, but are we truly safe in it? 🌊🇦🇮

​We live in paradise, but far too many people in our Caribbean communities grow up fearing the very water that surrounds us. It’s time to change that narrative. Swimming isn't a luxury; it’s a vital life skill.
​We don't have a pool, so we build champions in the sea—the ocean is our stadium! Our latest beach session was filled with incredible energy:
​🏊‍♂️ Coach Richie was out in the open water pushing our competitive athletes to new heights, teaching them to read the currents and build elite strength.
❤️ Coach Demi had the beautiful privilege of working with a mother and daughter duo in the shallows—proving that it is never too late to conquer your fears of the sea and set a powerful example for your kids.
💦 And of course, once the hard work was done, the little ones took over the shallows, showing us exactly what true ocean confidence looks like—pure, safe, joyful fun!
​From toddlers to grandparents, the sea belongs to all of us, but safety comes first. Let’s make our island safer, one wave at a time.

Huge congratulations go out to our very own Jonathan Irizarry for an outstanding performance at the Coach Franky’s Sprint Invitational in St. Maarten!
​Jonathan dug deep and captured the Bronze Medal in the Boys 15–17 50-meter Breaststroke, putting on an absolute clinic of determination, technique, and heart. Leaving it all in the pool against some of the region's best, he showed exactly what hard work and discipline can achieve.
​Jonathan, the entire All Nations United Swim Club family is incredibly proud of you! You represented the club and your team with pure class and excellence. Keep pushing, keep grinding, and keep shining.
