Organization for Women Empowerment

OWE is a women’s organization for women.

Organization for women empowerment (OWE) was established in 2014 as a non-profit and a development organization registered with the NGOs Department of the Ministry of Economy, the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan under license number 3259. OWE aims to help impoverished communities, particularly women, youth, and children to gain social, economical, and political potency through raising awareness, capacity building, educational and vocational skill training, and creating opportunities.
