We’re pushing it a little further this week 👀🔥

We’ve done the 7.5KM… now it’s time to start thinking 5–10KM.

Whether you’re aiming for 5, pushing towards 7.5, or going all the way to 10, the goal is to go further than you have before.

Because running is always easier when you’ve got people around you keeping you accountable, pushing you through the tough bits and reminding you to keep going.

Music in. Head down. One more KM. Then another.

Summer is slowly coming to an end ☀️ so we’re using these final weeks to build the distance before the cooler weather hits and we’re back outside properly.

Bring a mate. Bring your training partner. Bring someone who needs a little push.
