Tennis isn’t only about hitting balls 🎾
One of the first and most important lessons is discipline.
After practice comes responsibility — picking up every ball and putting them back in the basket like a true athlete.

I, Dharam Dass USPTR qualified, have been coaching tennis for over 30 years, gaining valuable knowledge along the way. As a member of Pakistan's Davis Cup team, I competed against Sri Lanka, India, Saudi Arabia, and Bangladesh for 4 years. There is no age or level limit for me when it comes to teaching. Lessons are available in groups, semi-private, and privately.
Today’s lesson is all about the first forehand 🎾
Learning the famous “low to high” motion that creates topspin, control, and proper technique from the beginning.
Starting young with balance, coordination, and fun training drills.
Starting forehand training for toddlers should be simple, playful, and movement-focused 🎾
In this session, a 2-year-old practices basic forehand swings, timing, coordination, and racket control through fun beginner tennis drills.
At this age, the goal is not perfect technique — it’s building comfort, rhythm, and confidence with the racket while enjoying the game 💪
And yes… sometimes the coach gets hit in the process 😂
A fun warm-up routine before tennis training 🎾
The session includes walking drills, simple jumping exercises, and placing balls on cones — all designed to build balance, coordination, focus, and comfort with movement.
This stage is not about tennis technique yet — it’s about preparing the body and mind through playful physical activity so the child is ready for structured learning later 💪
A simple and natural way to help a toddler develop the correct tennis grip 🎾
Instead of forcing technique, the racket is placed on the ground and the child is guided to pick it up using the idea of “MY GRIP.” This helps build early familiarity, comfort, and control.
At this stage, the goal is not perfection — it’s repetition, connection, and confidence with the racket. That’s how a strong foundation starts 💪
Adorable 2 year old practicing tennis volley drills and improving hand-eye coordination, balance, reflexes, and focus through fun sports activities 🎾💪
Early sports training helps toddlers build confidence, movement skills, and active habits while having fun!
Little hands catching, throwing, and learning step by step 🎾⚽
This playful low-to-high movement drill helps improve hand-eye coordination, focus, and arm strength while keeping learning fun for our tiny champion 💫
Starting the lesson with playful jogging and little football kicks — keeping our tiny champion active, happy, and learning through fun ⚽✨
