IMPORTANT:
When it comes to the actual outcome of the serve, we can often see some differences between right-handed and left-handed players, especially in the way they hit the slice serve.
Would you like me to make a video explaining why left-handed players can have an advantage when hitting a slice serve?
As for this video, as I mentioned in it, if youāre left-handed, feel free to use all the technical advice I give exactly as it is, just apply it to the opposite side.
The reason I demonstrate most things from a right-handed perspective is simply because Iām right-handed myself, and since I often use my own videos as examples, it naturally ends up being shown that way.
In the future, Iāll also consider mirroring some of my videos to make the demonstrations easier for left-handed players to follow visually.

This is something I see as a common issue on the serve and, believe it or not, at every level of tennis. I would even say it is most common at the professional level. Just because a great server is able to explode out of a deep knee bend does not mean that the deep knee bend is the reason they have a great serve, and it certainly does not mean it will work well for you.
So even if you do not think this is an issue in your serve, go out on the court and experiment with less knee bend. You have nothing to lose, and if it suits your serve better, you will notice the difference very quickly.
IMPORTANT:
Generally, A big problem when practicing the tennis serve is that accuracy is almost never trained at all.
And when it is trained, it usually comes down to occasionally placing cones in the two corners and trying to hit them within a certain number of repetitions.
Personally, what I believe in and what I work on is that accuracy has to be trained systematically, on specific days every week, with progress (or the lack of it) being tracked, and with very specific serve drills assigned.
AS FOR THIS VIDEO:
Very rarely do we see the body serve being practiced, especially in junior tennis during the development phase. This serve is not only a powerful weapon on its own, but if you also have it in your arsenal, it is one more thing your opponent has to pay attention to and keep in mind when you toss the ball.
For this to be executable, THIS MUST BE PRACTICED!
A small deviation on this serve means the ball goes directly into the playerās racket, which is why it needs to be executed with great precision, and that level of precision cannot be achieved without a certain number of FOCUSED repetitions.
