Ethos 1 was our why... The core values this gym was built on. Ethos 2 is what happens when those values don’t change, they sharpen.

That’s Ethos 2. That’s us.

Why do people stick with something as gloriously hard as CrossFit ? Nine times out of ten, it’s not the burpees. (Nobody’s here for the burpees.)

It’s what happens in your head. You show up to a workout that looks completely unreasonable, you get through it anyway, and somewhere in there your brain quietly files away a new fact: turns out I can do hard things. That little bit of proof doesn’t stay on the gym floor. It follows you to the deadline, the tough conversation, the 6am alarm. We’ve watched it happen more times than we can count.

And you’re never doing it alone. There’s a particular kind of bond that forms when you’re all mid-workout, equally sweaty, equally questioning your life choices, and cheering each other on regardless.
