The Road to the Adaptive CrossFit Games, San Jose.
Henry Dunn lost his arm and used his rehab to find CrossFit. What felt like the worst thing that could happen became the beginning of something he never saw coming.
In 2024 he showed up as an underdog. Came 12th. Gave everything he had.
This year he’s not just showing up.
He’s there to compete.
Two weeks out. Disciplined. Ready. All in.

Strength, cardio, or gymnastics skill, pick your poison, 8 weeks, 199 AED. Oh, and there’s a surprise in there too.
Off travelling? We’ve built something portable. Minimal kit or full gym, doesn’t matter - AED 200/month gets you a coach in your pocket either way.
