This could easily have been a Black Belt promotion as well, but your time will come. I am incredibly proud of you, your achievements, and the journey you are building. Keep going—the best is yet to come.

Today, I also had the privilege of promoting someone who doesn't say much. He is not the type to constantly tell you how much he loves the team, the academy, or his coaches. Instead, he lets his actions speak for him.

Through the highs and lows of our journey, he has remained consistent. As we all know, life brings challenges, setbacks, and storms, but he has shown that true commitment is measured by what you do when things become difficult.

He understands the value of the journey, the value of the people around him, and the value of staying the course. For his loyalty, perseverance, and dedication, we proudly awarded him the rank of Purple Belt.

I have no doubt that one day he will be among the few people I choose to award a Black Belt to.

As a coach, I am not looking for quantity. I am looking for quality. People like you.
