After not keeping the best of health recently and not able to stay consistent with exercises as I usually am, I was in two minds to do this.

I wanted to keep things light, so not to push myself, but get the limbs moving and feel better mentally.

💯 it worked!

If your feeling 'meh' it is a thought at times, but moving does make you feel better.

Just do it! You will feel better 🌞

Super proud....Another year of participating in the World School Games, Athletics, Swimming and Football.

Overall the school came positioned 3rd 🏆

Could not be prouder of Ethan for his participation in all 3 sports and played an important role in the success of the teams ❤️
