Not 6 weeks, not even 6 months....
This Mama got strong after her second child l, continued training with me for just 30 mins twice a week on zoom and then we started rehab again 6 weeks post baby number 3.
This mama has been NOTHING but consistent, patient and determined to understand her body and try different approaches.
