Introducing our latest girl gang member Lauren! 🫶🏼

Lauren has been coming to us as a client since the start of the year, and I couldn’t help but notice her impeccable form and pointy toes during my classes 🤣 we stayed in touch and recently she auditioned with us, where it was confirmed she’s def one of us 𝙋𝙊𝙎𝙏𝙐𝙍𝙀.® girlies!!

A lil bit on Lauren -
“Hello! I’m Lauren a mother of 2 boys, and a student of Pilates since 2000.

I am an ex professional classical ballet dancer and graduate of The Royal Ballet School, in London. Throughout my career, I performed professionally with The Royal Ballet and Scottish Ballet.

Since hanging up my pointe shoes, my journey to becoming a pilates instructor with STOTT and BASI was fuelled by passion, and a mission to help others.
Teaching Pilates is like speaking another language, its a form of art that is deeply embedded in me, as an ex dancer.

With over a decade of teaching experience, observing and mastering the conversation between mind and body , I’ve discovered that strength doesn’t have to shout - it whispers, it’s consistent, it’s dedication, its breathwork. It’s turning up on your mat and moving authentically.
I am very proud to join the incredible team at 𝙋𝙊𝙎𝙏𝙐𝙍𝙀.®. To learn from them, grow with them, and inspire others to move with confidence, strength and grace”

It’s been a bit of a year in Dubai, to say the least. But through all the uncertainty, our team has only grown stronger, month on month, together 🫶🏼

During the quieter stretches, we stuck together - workshops, group training, new certifications. We never stopped, because doing better for you is always our collective goal.

We watched this team show up through stillness and uncertainty in the region, and now we’re gearing up for a stronger-than-ever end to the year - inshallah, because that’s exactly what Dubai needs right now!

As our members return, we’re coming back with a bang: new merch, new brand partnerships for members and - most importantly - new fresh schedules across both studios. From our pre-summer Tower and Matwork launch on the Palm, to new faces and new energy at the studios, it’s all falling into place ready for a big end to the year !!

We can’t wait to see you all. And for anyone new joining the community - this is just the start. We can’t wait to have you 🫧

You know when you want to set your mind to something that you know you can create you just need the right suppliers, people, knowledge around you to make it happen.

This is our merch.

We had initially started this process back in 2023 just prior to our on demand channel launch. Myself and Simone took loads of pics in a couple of sample pieces we had received ready to push this out but something just felt off. I knew I could find better.

As a founder, I always ask myself first: what would I want as a consumer? Would I walk into a Pilates studio and buy an activewear set? Probably not. That’s exactly why we’ve never done studio retail - it never felt like us. But merch was always a different question. Not “would I buy activewear here,” but “would I wear something from a brand I’ve believed in for years, that actually reflects what I stand for.” That answer was always yes..

So when back in 2023 these “merch” samples were not cutting it, I paused, I reflected and I decided to continue building our community more than ever, and only now - 4.5 years in do I feel ready to launch what I think is right and relevant to our brand.

After some year we’ve had in Dubai, i slowed down, went back and forth and finalised what can only be described as a collection of crazy attention to detail.

We’ve got 2 styles of heavy-weight hoodies dropping (390 GSM - pretty rare on the market) a zipper and a hoodie for every taste.

Water bottles made only by the top manufacturers (think Owala / Stanley / Frank Green 😉) quality. Baseball caps to keep the UV rays at bay 🧢. Our infamous Tote bags to suit every mood 🌈 and vinyl stickers so you never forget us on your travels 🧳

I have so much hope you’re all going to love this new collection as much as me! It’s taken ages because perfection cannot be rushed.
