Bogi and her parents attended our expo in Dubai looking for pathways in other countries. On the pitch, she impressed the coaches and school staff, and had many conversations with different programmes about what they offered!

After much consideration, she chose a school and prepared to take her career to the UK. She has now trained with Reading FC and her school provides regular coaching from Southampton FC Academy Coaches!

The Football Expo comes to the HKFA Training Centre from 5 to 8 November, for players aged 11 to 19. Four days of sessions led by coaches with academy and professional backgrounds, competitive matches, and performance analysis that tells a player where they actually are.

You will also hear it straight from the schools. How they run football alongside academics, what boarding life is genuinely like, and what they look for before offering a trial or a place.

At our last event, 22 families were offered scholarships. Several players have since gone on to train with clubs including Southampton FC and Reading FC.

British Football Comes to Hong Kong! 🇭🇰⚽

On 5, 7 and 8th November, coaches and admissions teams from Britain's top football schools will be at the HKFA National Training Centre in Tseung Kwan O. Three days of meeting the people who run the programmes, asking the questions that matter, and seeing exactly what a football education in the UK looks like.

Open to players aged 11 to 20. Our Dubai expo saw 22 scholarships awarded, with several of those players now training at professional clubs in the UK.
