Let’s stop doing that.

1. What do you want more of in your life right now?

2. what are you currently tolerating that needs to change?

3. What is the thing that you keep saying you’re going to do that you still haven’t done?

4. What do you want the last six months of your life to look like?

5. What would you go after? If you knew you could make it happen?

Laura is a physio, and honestly, it was a huge compliment when she reached out to me.

I have a lot of respect for physiotherapists.

But physios, like fitness coaches, are still human.

Because it’s not always about knowledge.

You can know what to do and still feel knackered when you come in from a full-time job and go straight into mummy duties.

You can spend your day giving everyone else advice and still find it just as hard to stick to your own plan.

You can understand the body brilliantly and still want to smash the biscuit tin at the end of a long day.

And because I’ve had my own struggles over the years, I always take it as a huge compliment when a fellow professional trusts me to be part of their journey.

When Laura first came to me, she wanted to lose 7–8kg.

She was stuck in that frustrating cycle of losing 2–3kg, then putting it back on again.
She had the knowledge.
She just needed the structure, support, and accountability to finally follow through consistently.

Inside EMLY, that’s exactly what we gave her.

Laura lost 8.5kg.

And she’s now part of my graduates annual programme, continuing to elevate her results 365 days a year.

This is what happens when you stop trying to rely on knowledge alone and finally put the right support around you.

If you want the exact blueprint that Laura used, DM me or comment BLUEPRINT and I’ll send it over.

It’s not a food problem, it’s a method problem.

We all have needs
And those needs must be met.

But we get to choose the method.

So stop blaming yourself.

Identify your need.
Change the method.

Once you understand that, comfort eating can be an unlearned behavior without requiring discipline or willpower.

After going through a really rough period of her life with breast cancer and gaining 9kg during chemotherapy treatment, I was honestly honoured that she reached out to me.

Before we started working together, Louise had already lost 4.5kg on her own.

But then her weight loss plateaued.

She wanted to feel strong, energised, and happy in her body again.

She knew strength training was important as a post-menopausal woman, but she was worried about adding another thing into her life when she was already doing so much for her recovery, her body, and her mental health.

What Louise needed wasn’t a rigid, extreme plan.

She needed reassurance.
She needed structure.

She needed something flexible enough to meet her where she was, but clear enough to help her keep moving forward.

So inside EMLY, we focused on rebuilding her strength, supporting her nutrition, and helping her continue losing weight in a way that felt manageable alongside real life.

Just a flexible strategy that could be tweaked around her body, her energy, and her recovery.

Louise lost 10kg.

And now she’s part of my graduates programme, where she has an annual health and wellness plan that continues to elevate her year round.

This is what happens when you stop forcing your body through extremes and start supporting it properly.

If you want the exact blueprint that Louise used, DM me or comment BLUEPRINT and I’ll send it over.

Thinking about going on GLP‘s just to get through summer, lose some weight, and start fresh afterwards?

Here’s the bit no one tells you. Yes, you’ll lose the weight easily…

But if nothing about how you’re living has changed, the lack of structure with food, no boundaries, running yourself into the ground trying to do everything for everyone, none of that goes away. It’s still sitting there, waiting for you the second you come off.

So the weight comes back on and each round you lose a bit more muscle and gain back a bit more fat. Long-term, that’s not a shortcut. That’s the opposite of what you actually want.

GLP‘s can turn the volume down on your body screaming at you. They can’t fix why we’re screaming in the first place.

So, smaller and more depleted? Or actually leveling up? That’s the real choice.

Claire felt deflated, defeated, and like she had given up on herself.

Her words to me were: “I felt fat, frumpy, grumpy, and like my self-esteem was at rock bottom.”

She was unhappy in her body, struggling with her mood, and needed a way to take care of herself that could actually fit into her chaotic schedule.

So we didn’t give her another extreme plan.

We gave her structure, support, simple nutrition, and short workouts she could do at home.

The nutritional education helped everything finally make sense.

She stopped feeling constantly starving.
She started understanding her body, her hormones, and her behaviour more clearly.

And the changes didn’t just affect Claire.

They changed the way her whole family eats.

In 12 weeks, Claire lost 9.5kg.

But more importantly, she felt happier in her own skin.

Her mood improved dramatically.
Her self-esteem came back.
And her self-worth started to rebuild.

Claire loved the programme so much that she joined my graduates programme afterwards, and she’s now continuing her journey inside a 12-month health and wellness plan.

This is what happens when you stop trying to force yourself through another diet and start learning how to take care of your body properly.

It’s time to do things properly.

No more diets.
No more extremes.

Just consistently eating healthy with some wiggle room to enjoy a nice meal out at the weekends without a second thought.

Doing workouts that challenge you but don’t kill you.

And intentionally resting and recharging so that you don’t burn out.

If this sounds like the way forward, comment SENSIBLE or DM me and we can have a chat.
