One year today since the last dance. Boxing has been a part of my life for so many years. Do I miss it? Of course. Nothing comes close to the buzz of stepping into that ring. But all good things have to come to an end when the time is right. A chapter closed, but the memories never fade.
At the same time, I’m very content with life and the quality time I get to spend with my boys, and grateful to have shared part of that journey with them both. Grateful for every chapter — both in and out of the ring. 🥊❤️

First HYROX completed ✅ and wow… that was tough 😅
Not the time we were chasing — sub 1:15 was in sight, but a recurring back injury decided to crash the party in the final stages. Mitch went from athlete to walking wounded, hobbling to the finish in pure agony.
Not pretty. But we survived. 😅
We’ll be back… hopefully with all limbs and a working spine next time 💪😀
