Last Saturday’s cricket final should honestly be reported as a public service announcement: “Match ended early due to one-sided domination.” 😭🏏

We didn’t just win… we politely escorted the opposition out of the tournament. At one point, even their own supporters were asking us for selfies because at least they wanted to be on the winning side in some way.

Our bowlers were on fire 🔥—I’m pretty sure the ball had GPS tracking because it kept finding the stumps like it had unfinished business. And the batting? Let’s just say the scoreboard operator filed a complaint for overworking.

Meanwhile, the opposition:
• Lost wickets faster than people lose socks in the laundry
• Started with confidence, ended with “let’s just go home” vibes
• Probably still looking for the ball we sent into next week

Big respect to them for showing up… because after that performance, showing up again might require therapy 😅

This Saturday, 21st Feb, we’re playing our 1st upcoming league match of the Ramadan Tournament at Wicket Nation Cricket Ground — and the excitement level is higher than our run rate (hopefully) 😜

We’ve been training very seriously… by discussing strategy during chai breaks and imagining sixes in our dreams 😂💭

InshaAllah, we’ll try to hit boundaries instead of just the air, take catches instead of selfies, and run between wickets like iftar is waiting at the other end 🏃‍♂️🌙

Win, lose, or dramatic last-over thriller — entertainment is guaranteed! So come support us and witness history in the making (or at least some funny moments 🤣).
