It’s a kick in the teeth when your hairdresser is only available on the day you have back to back classes.

Sometimes my gym sister gets me through… sometimes I get her there and other times we decide together that the sofa is truly the best place for us 😂

One of my favourite things about teaching is the community that naturally forms, both on and off the mat. Sometimes that means adapting, laughing through the unexpected, and having people who are always ready to step in when you need them.

We yoga, we padel and now apparently we tango too (albeit, not very well!!)
