Many of us learn to push through tiredness, tension, stress, and discomfort until the body becomes difficult to hear. This workshop is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and understand the signals your body may be trying to send.

Together, we will explore why we often disconnect from body awareness, how emotional stress can show up physically, and how to recognise signs of fatigue, tension, overload, and the need for recovery before the body reaches burnout.

The session includes a guided body scan, gentle mobility, fascial release work, journaling prompts, and restorative movement to help you feel more grounded, present, and connected.

You will leave with stronger body awareness, practical tools for self-regulation, and a deeper understanding of how to support yourself with more compassion instead of constantly pushing through.
