Women’s Strength Club is here! Think run club, but barbell.
We’re setting aside a session just to teach the basics properly, how to squat, deadlift, bench and press with real confidence, how to load a bar, and what all the plates, clips and racks are actually for.
No experience needed. No pressure to already know what you’re doing. Just a room full of women learning together and getting stronger, one Saturday at a time.
Saturday 1 August, 8:30am with coach Rosie.
