So often, people get their race day photos back and immediately start picking them apart. But what if those photos weren’t of you? What would you say if they were of somebody else?

Next time you find yourself analysing a photo, think about what you’d say to a friend and remember the journey you’ve been on to get there.

Training for performance and training for aesthetics are two very different things. We’ll choose performance every time.

We want our bodies to be resilient, strong and happy. You only get one shot with this body, so look after it, fuel it, be kind to it, and bloody LOVE it 🫶

Whilst we’re all enjoying the off season on this side of the world, the APAC region are kicking off the 26/27 season in style 💥

With two races this weekend in Sydney and Hangzhou athletes took to the floor post Worlds to try and get some points on the board!

Highlight of the weekend was an E15 throw down in Sydney, with Joanna Wietrzyk taking top spot and CALYPSO and Womens Online Fitness & Nutrition Coach rounding out the podium - all hitting that sub 60 🚀 what a performance after all the travel!

Time to start working towards next season… Hyrox never stops!!
