EVENT 1 – LOG PRESS FOR REPS (60 SEC)
Athletes choose one log weight at the start.
Two options per division: lighter log or heavier log. Heavier log is worth more per rep (scoring advantage).
Most total points within time wins.
Full lockout required for each rep.
EVENT 2 – DEADLIFT FOR REPS (60 SEC)
Athletes perform max reps in 60 seconds.
Rules:
• Deadlift suits allowed
• Straps allowed
• Figure-8 straps NOT ALLOWED
• Each rep must reach full lockout
• Referee down command required
• No bounce from floor
EVENT 3 – SANDBAG CARRY (10M)
Athletes carry all sandbags over 10 meters in order.
Fastest time or furthest distance if not completed.
EVENT 4 – BAG TOSS
Athletes must throw sandbags over bar in order.
Fastest completion or most bags cleared wins.
EVENT 5 – ATLAS STONES ( 90 SEC time cap)
Athletes load series of stones onto platforms in order.
Most stones completed within time wins.
