A great float serve is all about mechanics and control. 💥 In this quick breakdown, we cover the 3 golden rules for a perfect float:
1️⃣ Keep your palm flat and stiff.
2️⃣ Strike the dead center of the ball.
3️⃣ Pull back immediately—no follow-through!

Master the Float Serve in 3 Simple Steps! 🏐

Want to level up your volleyball serve? 📈 Try these essential steps to perfect your float serve:

Keep it flat: Keep your palm flat and stiff. ✋
Target practice: Hit the dead center of the ball. 🎯
Stop your swing: Pull your hand back immediately after hitting (no follow-through!). 🛑

Bonus drill: Practice against a wall and gradually increase your distance as your control improves. Let's float! 🚀
