GEN POP NEED DIFFERENT PHASES
In their dynamic training programs

In no way do I think this is new thinking, but I do observe a lot that dynamic training falls out of programs due to trying to run the same thing year on year

I actually think with competitive sports goals it’s easier and often more monotonous. You have a primary focus so you have to some simplify and keep at it

But with a simple focus of just improvement of dynamic qualities, training can have far more variety of which you can chase learning different things in almost every phase and block of training

Learning should always be at the forefront of each phase, so go explore

Plyometric Movement Tips
Understanding the why and small nuances behind details goes a long way when you look to build something into your program long term.

So much of this may seem intimidating to some especially when things get too intense, too fast and or too deep, but with the progressive and regress ability with a my system you’re able to achieve the critical factors behind why we’re jumping in the first place.

YES someone can be;
- Reactive
- Strong and length
- Reflexive
- And all round more capable at speed

You just need the right way to break it down so it’s all accessible

Telling this attitude era kid at 11 yrs old that 24yrs later he’d be coaching a WWE superstar would have blown his tiny little mind

Getting to coach over the last year has been an absolute pleasure and an incredible experience

Being live at Monday night raw was fu***ng awesome and getting to watch Logan Paul get pure hate the entire evening was great 😂

Wrestling is one of the most intense sports I’ve seen and it’s made me respect the entertainment even more so!

PLYOMETRIC SUPERPOWERS - RHYTHM AND TIMING

Without these 2 qualities it’s very hard to use your strength and powers that you’ve built in the gym

Our new program places a huge focus on these 2 elements as we look to try and working the skills of jumping and plyometrics due to its crossover into developing the enormously powerful physical qualities that coming with dynamic movement

Without a focus on training the neuro side of movement you get cut short, plateau and you often fall out of using plyos
