Yesterday, nearly 100 competitors or future Dakar competitors from the Czech Republic and Poland gathered in Prague to get all the info about Dakar 2023.

As most of you know by now, the 2R Rally Raid Championship in Andalusia that was originally scheduled to take place from the 7th to 12 of June 2022 has been postponed until 18-23 October 2022 due to a heat wave and drought that is currently affecting the region.

Since DUUST Rally Team is already set up in Andalusia, RTC decided to take advantage of the situation and remain in Spain to train. Konrad Dabrowski (POL) and Darren Goodman (AUS) who were both looking foward to compete in Andalusia, joined with team manager and coach Marek Dabrowski (POL) and our Mechanics Blondi and Paul to have an intense 10 Day Training Programme focusing on improving speed, bike skills and navigation. The team will move around the region to train in different areas and terrain.

As intensive as the training is with the heat, it doesn’t stop our team from also having a good time! Have a look at how the training is. Also, shout out to Konrad for celeberating his 21st Birthday a few days ago - our promising rider is looking sharp on our KTM Rally Replica, and what a better way to celebrate your birthday with good views, good people, and good weather (and ofcourse - being on a bike!)
