Hi Diggers— I have 6 days to go before I say farewell. I'm having a picnic I um Sequim Park this Saturday @5 then head to Barasti around dinner 8/830 for some beers. Love to see whoever wants to join. Xx

The Diggers this morning lit a candle, sank a trophy with flowers, and gave one last paddle for Alex during the sunrise. Remembering lots of memories with every stroke and so much emotion saying goodbye to such a close friend as we paddled into the sea w a moment of silence. One by one coming in everyone put in their 10 as the last 20 were hard and strong for you Alex.

Cheers to your next journey, we always knew you weren't meant to stay in one place for too long. x

The Dubai Diggers have always been a family. We all join the team as restless expat stragglers looking for something and somehow finding whatever 'IT' is on the water and in each other. Today we are saying goodbye to such a beautiful person and friend Alex Hojilla. So much love and respect to him and his journey through life always making sure he always touched everyones heart on the way x rest east Alex.. We are all going to miss you.💔

Come on down to Fazza Beach and show your support to a wonderful event, 'Paddle for the Planet'. See you down there for some fun in the sun, don't forget to pack plenty of water and sunscreen!
