Few tips on how to design your legdays:
1. You put the exercise you want to improve the most first
2. Make sure you have a squat and a hinge movement
3. Add single leg work too
4. Finish off with abduction or an accessory exercise based on your goal
5. Track your weights so you know how much to lift next week (heavier)
6. Eat your daily protein and do not cut off all the carbs

July goals🤝
The older I get the more I fall in love with the routine- even when in my line of work routine looks different every day. So I just focus on what I can control.
I always tell my clients when you leave the house prepared, you are way more likely to stick to your plan than when trying to wing it..
Things that worked for me:
1. Prepare meals ahead or have a meal plan
2. Close off electronics the same time each day
3. Planning workouts ahead & sticking to them even when in reality only 20 mins left for a session, I still do it
4. Reducing the number of exercises/ sessions, focusing on 3-4 good lifts
5. Carrying a water bottle everywhere
6. Walks are a but compromised in this weather but walking on the treadmill between clients worked (also my clients walk before and after their sessions)
