Dr. Shamsheer Vayalil, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Burjeel Holdings, has been named to the Executive Board of the World Economic Forum’s Digital Healthcare Transformation Initiative. The role brings Burjeel’s experience in AI integration, advanced clinical technology and health-system transformation into a global platform shaping the future of digital health, data, and intelligent models of care. It marks another step in bringing a healthcare perspective from the UAE and the wider region to global discussions on the future of care.

We stand with the families affected by the tragic Emirates Road accident in Dubai. Dr. Shamsheer Vayalil has launched an AED 1 million humanitarian recovery program to support the families of seven workers who lost their lives and nine injured survivors. The assistance will also help with emergency travel, accommodation, and children’s education. Our deepest condolences are with the bereaved families, and our prayers are with those on the path to recovery.

نتقدم بخالص التعازي والمواساة إلى أسر ضحايا حادث شارع الإمارات المأساوي في دبي، ونعرب عن تضامننا الكامل مع جميع المتضررين. وفي هذا الإطار، أطلق الدكتور شمشير فاياليل برنامجًا إنسانيًا بقيمة مليون درهم إماراتي لدعم أسر العمال السبعة الذين فقدوا حياتهم، ومساندة الناجين التسعة المصابين، إلى جانب المساهمة في تغطية تكاليف السفر والإقامة الطارئة ودعم تعليم الأطفال من الأسر المتأثرة. نسأل الله أن يتغمد الضحايا بواسع رحمته، وأن يمنّ على المصابين بالشفاء العاجل.
