The Ladies Run returns for its third edition on Sunday, 30 August 2026 to celebrate Emirati Women’s Day with an empowering community experience like no other.
Held under the iconic Red Roof at Ferrari World Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, this exclusive ladies-only event invites women and girls to come together for a day of movement, motivation, and celebration. Choose from one of three race distances to match your fitness level.

Race Categories:
10km Run Designed for experienced runners seeking a challenge, the 10km consists of 8 laps through the exciting indoor course at Ferrari World Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.
5km Run A great option for recreational runners and fitness enthusiasts, the 5km includes 4 laps of the vibrant, climate-controlled route.
2.5km Run Ideal for beginners, walkers, or those simply looking to enjoy the atmosphere, the 2.5km is 2 laps filled with energy and celebration.
Ladies-Only Experience
This event is strictly for female participants, and all operational staff and volunteers inside Ferrari World Yas Island, Abu Dhabi will be women to ensure a comfortable and private experience.
Important Note: The event is designed as a ladies-only experience with all staff delivering the event and volunteers being female.

Mamsha Al Saadiyat Aquathlon and Open Water Swim will launch the multisport season on Saturday September 12. Multiple distances to choose from and open to all levels of swimmers. 🏊‍♀️ and 🏃
