Hiya! Your trainer here 🙋🏻‍♀️
I’m not very consistent with my content but lots of things happening offline:
1. We were supposed to move to KSA 🇸🇦but we didn’t.
2. I traveled to Russia where I had my eye LASIK Surgery (life changing experience) and finished my 1,5 long orthodontic treatment. Will tell you about both in details.
3. We moved to another house. It was stressful and horrible 😅 and took lots of mental energy from me.
4. Had some interesting clients’ cases which I would love to share.
5. Had pretty chilled Ramadan and my 34th birthday 🎉

The Luxury of Hiring a Personal Trainer.

There are certainly many benefits of working with a Personal Trainer.

One of them is the Luxury of delegating your fitness routine and your health to a Professional.

Why delegate your workouts or anything at all?
Because you can't and shouldn't do everything yourself!💁🏻‍♀️

For a modern woman delegating is essential.
When your dress needs an alteration, you take it to a tailor. If you have pain in your knee you go to a physiotherapist.

You cannot be an expert at everything and you only have limited time to learn about a certain topic.

You sure know how overwhelming a day can be – managing projects, a team, and yourself. (If you are Mum – managing your kids).

Planning on what to do in a gym adds up to a hundred things you have to think about daily.
And if you are new to fitness there are years of education and experience you have to catch on to.

Hiring the right Personal Trainer means not making difficult and costly decisions. (Wrong fitness program can cost you health)

If you are delegating your fitness, you have more quality time and less stress! And both are great for your physical and mental health.

I love to work with personal trainers. Even if I am a trainer, sometimes I get tired of managing myself. I love the experience of not thinking about my program and letting another professional focus on my results.

When you work with a personal trainer all you have to do is just show up!

Of course, you have to find a right person to trust when it comes to delegating, but when you do your life is never going to be the same!

You wouldn’t have to create a program for yourself and become a fitness expert in order to get in shape. Instead, you can concentrate on a career, your family, or education without having to know everything about weight loss or posture alignment.
