Theresa approached me asking for help to feel more confident in the water so that she would be able to swim with her husband and child. Theresa is incredibly disciplined and showed up consistently, always eager to learn, in all weather (even rain) and with a great attitude. After 5 weeks in the water she is feeling confident in her new abilities and now has the skills to swim full lengths of crawl and backstroke. Learning how to swim, at any age, takes courage. It's totally worth it though, when a whole new world in the water opens up for us. I can help you with confidence in the water and skills training.
