The friendship between Zimbabwe and Bangladesh will always continue like this. Cricket is a game of love, and we have always tried to highlight both the positive and negative points of our own team and the opposing team through memes. Whenever a Bangladeshi player performed well, we praised them, and when a player failed to perform, we criticized them in the form of memes.
Undoubtedly, there is no question about the talent among the current youth of Bangladesh. However, I always blame their cricket board for not reflecting on this issue. It has been years that Bangladesh performs brilliantly at home, but their performance abroad is practically zero. One reason I believe is their lack of international-standard pitches, which prevents them from performing well overseas.
Secondly, the Bangladesh Cricket Board lacks control over its players. Football fans are spread all over the world, but it is unbefitting for a professional cricket player to constantly make fresh posts supporting a foreign football team; this looks unprofessional for an international cricketer.
It is exactly these negative points that have taken the joy out of their cricket.
