We often hear, “It’s all in your head,” as though mental health is somehow separate from the body, but the mind and body are deeply connected.
Stress can show up physically through tension, headaches, fatigue, disrupted sleep, changes in appetite and other symptoms. At the same time, physical health challenges can affect our mood, energy, and ability to cope.
That doesn’t mean every physical symptom is caused by stress, and it’s important not to self-diagnose. It means we need to stop treating mental and physical health as two completely separate things.
Healing asks us to pay attention to the whole person. Your mind matters. Your body matters. Asking for help matters. 🤍

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Breaking the Silence: Worship Night!
What an incredible evening of worship, the word, prayer, and hope. It was such a joy to gather together, lift one another up, and be reminded that healing is possible when we don't walk alone.
To every person who attended, shared their story, prayed, worshipped, volunteered, or simply showed up, thank you. Your presence made the evening so special.
This wasn't the end of a conversation; it was the beginning. Let's continue breaking the silence, extending grace, and creating spaces where people can find hope, healing, and community.
Until next time. 🤍

1 DAY TO GO. 🤍
Maybe you’ve been carrying something you haven’t had the words to say.
Maybe you’ve been praying quietly, waiting for hope, or simply longing for a place where you can breathe and be reminded that you’re not alone.
In 1 day, we gather.
Not because we have everything figured out, but because healing was never meant to happen in isolation.
We’ll worship.
We’ll pray.
We’ll connect.
We’ll break the silence together.

Wondering what Breaking the Silence: Worship Night is all about?
It's more than an event. It's an invitation to step into a space where masks can come off, hope can be restored, and healing can begin.
Expect heartfelt worship, powerful preaching, encouragement rooted in faith, and a community that chooses compassion over judgment. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, addiction, trauma, burnout, or simply searching for peace, you don't have to walk the journey alone.
You don't need to have all the answers. You don't need to have everything together. Just come as you are.
Healing begins the moment we stop suffering in silence.
