We often hear, “It’s all in your head,” as though mental health is somehow separate from the body, but the mind and body are deeply connected.

Stress can show up physically through tension, headaches, fatigue, disrupted sleep, changes in appetite and other symptoms. At the same time, physical health challenges can affect our mood, energy, and ability to cope.

That doesn’t mean every physical symptom is caused by stress, and it’s important not to self-diagnose. It means we need to stop treating mental and physical health as two completely separate things.

Healing asks us to pay attention to the whole person. Your mind matters. Your body matters. Asking for help matters. 🤍

We came together. We worshipped. We prayed. We broke the silence. 🤍
What a night. ✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Breaking the Silence Worship Night. From the worship and powerful preaching to the prayers, testimonies, laughter, and moments of connection; you helped make this night truly unforgettable.

We were reminded that healing doesn’t have to happen in silence, and that no one has to walk through their struggles alone. There is hope. There is community. There is grace. And there is a God who meets us right where we are.

To every speaker, worshipper, volunteer, partner, and person who showed up with an open heart, thank you. 🙏🏽
This may have been one night, but the conversation doesn’t end here.

Let’s keep breaking the silence. Let’s keep choosing hope. Let’s keep walking toward healing together. 🤍

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Breaking the Silence: Worship Night!

What an incredible evening of worship, the word, prayer, and hope. It was such a joy to gather together, lift one another up, and be reminded that healing is possible when we don't walk alone.

To every person who attended, shared their story, prayed, worshipped, volunteered, or simply showed up, thank you. Your presence made the evening so special.

This wasn't the end of a conversation; it was the beginning. Let's continue breaking the silence, extending grace, and creating spaces where people can find hope, healing, and community.

Until next time. 🤍

For so long, we’ve been taught to keep going.
To be strong.
To smile.
To say, “I’m fine.”
But strength doesn’t mean suffering in silence.

Sometimes, strength sounds like:
“I’m not okay.”
“I need someone to talk to.”
“I need help.”
“I’m ready to heal.”

This Friday (tomorrow), we’re creating space for those conversations with worship, prayer, community, and hope.

You don’t have to have the words perfectly figured out. Just come.

1 DAY TO GO. 🤍

Maybe you’ve been carrying something you haven’t had the words to say.

Maybe you’ve been praying quietly, waiting for hope, or simply longing for a place where you can breathe and be reminded that you’re not alone.

In 1 day, we gather.
Not because we have everything figured out, but because healing was never meant to happen in isolation.
We’ll worship.
We’ll pray.
We’ll connect.
We’ll break the silence together.
