For the first time ever, a full Mixed Martial Arts fight(after StrikeOne) took place on Zimbabwean soil.
At Night of the Warriors, hosted by The Pride Boxing Club & Shumba Promotions,Omega Mugodzeri and Shepherd Tamba stepped into the cage and delivered a nail-biting humdinger of a bout that had everyone on their feet.
This wasn't just a fight. It was the beginning.
These are the baby steps of a sport that is projected to take Zimbabwe by storm. And we couldn't be prouder to witness the first page of this chapter.

Last night at Night of the Warriors in Harare at Performance Hub, we took a massive step forward for Zimbabwe MMA. For the very first time, our homegrown referees and judges were tried and tested in live action under the expert guidance of renowned official Ferdi Basson.
Big things are coming. The future of Zim MMA is in safe hands. 👊🔥
