Darlington Mutale Katongo was more than a bodybuilder. He was a man of discipline, humility, and unwavering dedication to the sport. His passion inspired many athletes, and his contributions to bodybuilding will never be forgotten.

Just days before his passing, we stood together at the Mr. Kanyama Grand Finale, celebrating the sport we both loved. None of us could have imagined that it would be our last time sharing those moments with him.
