later on Defined style Sweat factory. . came to life....
I am proud of myself to having started something that was not fashionable at the time. People looked down on aerobics ,some still do but I single handledly pushed the fitness agenda untill corporates started recognizing Aerobics..
Before the aerobics mania , we had gym trainer doing step aerobics in the few gyms in Lusaka..
Today we have hundreds of Aerobics trainers making a living out of it. the future looks more brighter than ever..
whatever is happening in the aerobics fitness sector today we started it all..
I hereby wish to congratulate myself for the vision that many didnt see and tell myself ati Makungo muyembe - Fitness Cyborg uli mintu sana... Don't wait for people to tell you... kikikii

Here are some the major achievements..
I convinced companies to sponsor and believe aerobics fitness through marketing . I have worked with more than 50 companies
I took aerobics to offices first- taking fitness to their doorstep
I took aerobics to the malls first, now it's everywhere
I took aerobics into schools,colleges, universities first
I took aerobics in the church first..
I started doing fitness fundraisers with different organisation..first
I took aerobics into government and worked out with the president first...
I took aerobics to all 10 provinces of country first.
etc...
we have been offering fitness events in pst 13years which have attracted more than 400,000 people plus plus .
all this didn't come through guess work , it came with alot of thinking and writing....
The aerobics trainers now are benefiting from the strong foundation and deep investment that we made .
we happy that more and more trainers are coming up..
but there will always be one Makungo Muyembe .. Always ahead of the game that I started,, look out ....
