Are you an adult who has always wanted to learn how to swim but never had the opportunity?
Perhaps you can float but are not confident in the water. Maybe you can swim a little but want to improve your technique. Or perhaps you are starting completely from zero.
Splash Masters Swim Academy’s Adult Learn-to-Swim Program is designed for you.
Come straight from work, get into the water, exercise, relax, build your confidence and learn a valuable life-saving skill before heading home.

🏊 WHY OUR ADULT PROGRAM IS DIFFERENT
Adults Only. No Children Mixed In.
We understand that learning to swim as an adult can sometimes feel intimidating. That is why our adult sessions are strictly for adults.
You will learn alongside other adults who are also learning, improving and challenging themselves.
Our classes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of only 6 adults per class. This means more individual attention, better coaching and a comfortable environment where you can learn at your own pace.
And sometimes, the greatest motivation is simply seeing someone else try.
Watching another adult who started just like you take their first few strokes can give you the confidence to believe, “If they can do it, I can too.”

📚 A STRUCTURED LEARNING JOURNEY
Our program follows a progressive approach, allowing you to build your skills step by step:
Water Confidence
becoming comfortable and relaxed in the water.

✍️Floating
Learning to trust the water and maintain body position.
✍️Breathing
Developing proper breathing techniques.
✍️Kicking
Learning effective leg movement and propulsion.
✍️Body Position & Coordination
Putting the basic skills together.
✍️Swimming Strokes
Developing proper swimming techniques.
✍️Deep-Water Confidence
Becoming more comfortable in deeper water.
✍️Endurance & Technique
Swimming more efficiently and confidently.
✍️Independent Swimming
Working towards becoming a confident, capable swimmer.

Whether you are a complete beginner, a nervous swimmer, someone who can float but cannot yet swim properly, an intermediate swimmer, or someone looking to improve their technique, there is a place for you.

🌅 AFTER-WORK EVENING SESSIONS

Why go straight home after work when you can do something positive for yourself first?
Take some time to exercise, learn, relax and invest in yourself.

Adult sessions are available:
🕧Monday: 16:00–18:00
🕧Wednesday: 16:00–18:00
🕧Friday: 16:00–18:00
Saturday: 16:00–18:00

Each lesson: 45 minutes to a maximum of 1 hour
Recommended frequency: 3 sessions per week
Maximum class size: 6 adults
